It’s a new year, which means two things. One, we’ve all indulged over the holiday season. And two, we’re looking for ways to get back to our healthiest selves. So, as we now wrangle with our January goals – and grocery shopping lists – many of us will find that, well, there doesn’t seem to be a substitute for satisfying snacks.
